Return Timeframe
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If the return is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for defective products or errors.
