FREE SHIPPING to the entire U.S. 50 States (Including Alaska & Hawaii) on selected products on orders with $49.00 or more!
Get excited! Standard shipping is on us for selected products across all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Look for the FREE SHIPPING note in the product description – no shipping charges at checkout, and your goodies will usually arrive within 1-5 business days.
FREE FEDEX/UPS GROUND SHIPPING to: Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, New Mexico, & Utah
If you’re shipping to Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, New Mexico, and Utah, ground shipping is always FREE on orders over $49. Expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days via Fedex Ground service.
ALL OTHER STATES
Shipping costs to other states are calculated at checkout.
FREE LTL/TRUCKING DELIVERY (Greater Los Angeles Area Only) on Orders over $400
If you’re in the greater Los Angeles area and your order is $400+, we may deliver it FOR FREE via LTL/trucking. We’ll reach out after your order is placed to arrange the specifics such as delivery appointments and special requirements.
IN-PERSON PICKUP
Local to us? Arrange a pickup by appointment once your order’s ready (usually within 24 hours). Just drop us a line at CALIPAPERROLL@GMAIL.COM to schedule – walk-ins won’t be accepted.
Return and Refund Policy
At Cali Paper Roll, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If the return is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for defective products or errors.
